UPDATE: Plusify is available online as well as physically in Pop by JayaOne in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. 
However, designs sold on website & our store is different due to limitation of stocks.

FREE DELIVERY (Inside Malaysia):
Local delivery within Malaysia is done by CITYLINK & POSLAJU and is FREE. 
Tracking number will be provided once delivery is made via sms or email.Duration:
Please allow 3-5 days for items delivered from our local store or 15-30 days for items delivered from overseas.
All items are delivered FREE within Malaysia. 
Please Note: Please collect your items when delivered.
Returned parcels delivered, that is not collected, will be charged accordingly for re-delivery.

FREE DELIVERY (Singapore, Australia & US):

Plusify Fashion also provides shipping only to Malaysia, Singapore, Australia & US.
To these countries, we provide free delivery.
An extra charge of USD20 will be charged for delivery to countries not stated above.

Delivery duration will take 1-5 weeks upon confirmation of purchase for items delivered from our local store & up to 15-30 days for items delivered from overseas.

Returned parcels that is not collected  and returned to us will be charged accordingly for re-delivery


We will provide you with a delivery tracking number of items shipped, please do check your Plusify Account for updates on your delivery tracking number & order status.

There are many different sizes, such as UK, European, US and Local S,M,Ls.
To make sure we do not confuse anyone, we have decided to use a Lay Flat Measurement Method adopted by many other online boutiques for accurate measurements.

  • Measurements are made using centimeters (cm).
  • Dress is laid flat on the table and measured.

*Due to different qualities in material, there might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given

We strive in ensuring customers are happy with their purchase, and have put in place a policy which will hopefully ensure all our customers have a pleasant shopping experience.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

*Returns & Refunds are not applicable to swimwear, lingerie, corsets, underwear and/or any innerwear (due to hygiene purposes)

PLUSIFY provides returns for specific items, except CLEARANCE items sold at more then 60% discount, and/or items specifically stated non-returnable items.

All returns will be processed and dealt with by the Returns Department and they will only be handled via mail at curves@plusify.my.

  • If you want to initiate a return of item, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item at plusifyme@gmail.com
  • Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If colour runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
  • All parcels must be sent to PLUSIFY within 7 working days of receipt (to a local address that will be provided upon request).
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
  • PLUSIFY will issue a credit note for all returns (NO CASH REFUND) .
  • Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • We will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 3 days up to 10 working days / 5 to 15 working days (International) .
  • Any used reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.
  • PLUSIFY reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order.
  • We do not provide exchange services. If you would like to change to another item, do use the credit voucher to purchase another item or another size.
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be declined and forfeited.


As mentioned above, please note we do not accept refunds or returns of items such as lingerie, swimwear, corsets due to hygiene purposes.

We apologise if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly contact us at curves@plusify.my about this issue and we will reply you within 48 hours.

  • If you want to report a defective or wrongly sent item, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item at plusifyme@gmail.com
  • Please take snapshot of the defective area and submit your return requests to curves@plusify.my.
  • We advice that all items are hand-washed and NOT soaked.
  • We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks..etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, PLUSIFY will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.
  • A store credit refund will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*.
  • Please take note that we do not provide cash refund and if the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit note in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items.
  • There may be a 1cm-2cm difference in our given measurements. Please allow 20% discrepancy in the product colour due to lighting. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
  • For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

We generally DO NOT have a policy of blacklisting our back-out, honest buyers, as we understand you may change your mind. So just kindly inform us, within 1-2 days, if you have changed your mind.
Once payment is made : We will give you a full store credit refund (No cash refunds are available)
You may make another purchase on our website within 100 days upon receiving the full credit refund.

However, we do have a practice of Black-listing buyers have made falsified claims, payments or returns.
