PAYMENT OPTIONS & METHODS
We are currently re-instating our payment gateway, so in the meantime, please use our manual cash/bank-transfer option.
Currently all payments are available for Malaysian onlyWhen our Molpay Payment gateway is reinstated, you will be able to make direct bank transfer from any bank as well as make credit card payments.You can contact us at curves@plusify.my or plusifyme@gmail.com for purchase & payment inquiries. All payments has to be made through online banking

Once we re-instate our payment gateway, we will no longer be providing manual cash transfer. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused to some of you but we have no choice due to the increasing cases of fraud occurring from manual cash transfer.
Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
No cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit note.
All orders will be automatically cancelled after 20 minutes of non-payment.
All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

DELIVERY OPTIONS & METHODS
Local Delivery (in Malaysia)
FREE DELIVERY NATIONWIDE:
Local delivery within Malaysia is done by CITYLINK & POSLAJU and is FREE. 
Tracking number will be provided once delivery is made via sms or email.Duration:
Please allow 3-5 days for items delivered from our local store or 15-30 days for items delivered from overseas.
All items are delivered FREE within Malaysia. 
Please Note: Please collect your items when delivered.
Returned parcels delivered, that is not collected, will be charged accordingly for re-delivery.

International Delivery (outside Malaysia)

Plusify Fashion also provides shipping worldwide.
Currently there is no free delivery worldwide due to change of delivery provider.
An extra charge of USD20 will be charged for overseas delivery

Delivery duration will take 1-5 weeks upon confirmation of purchase for items delivered from our local store & up to 40 days for items delivered from overseas.

Please note: Signature may be required upon delivery.
Please collect your items with delivered.
Returned parcels that is not collected will be charged ACCORDINGLY for re-delivery

We will provide you with a delivery tracking number of items shipped from our local store.

MEASUREMENTS & SIZES
There are many different sizes, such as UK, European, US and Local S,M,Ls.
To make sure we do not confuse anyone, we have decided to use a Lay Flat Measurement Method adopted by many other online boutiques for accurate measurements.

  • Measurements are made using centimeters (cm).
  • Dress is laid flat on the table and measured.

*Due to different qualities in material, there might be 2cm-4cm differences in the measurements given

Please check the measurements given in our products or compare with your existing dresses for a better fit. You can also contact us for more information on sizes and material. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive in ensuring customers are happy with their purchase, and have put in place a policy which will hopefully ensure all our customers have a pleasant shopping experience.

SELECTED INNERWEAR & SWIMWEAR
Please note we do not accept refunds or returns of items such as lingerie, swimwear, corsets due to hygiene purposes. Do ensure all measurements are correct before making a purchase. Thank you.

DEFECTIVE/ WRONGLY SENT ITEMS 
We apologise if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly contact us at curves@plusify.my about this issue and we will reply you within 48 hours.

  • Please take snapshot of the defective area and submit your return requests to curves@plusify.my.
  • We advice that all items are hand-washed and NOT soaked.
  • We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks..etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, PLUSIFY will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*. A store credit refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.
  • Please take note that we do not provide cash refund unless the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit note in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
*Not applicable to swimwear, lingerie, corsets, underwear and/or any innerwear (due to hygiene purposes)

*There may be a 1cm-2cm difference in our given measurements. Please allow 20% discrepancy in the product colour due to lighting. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
*For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

RETURNS OF ITEMS 
However, if you are still not happy with your purchase? 

PLUSIFY provides returns for all items, except CLEARANCE items sold at more then 60% discount, and/or items specifically stated non-returnable items.
All returns will be processed and dealt with by the Returns Department and they will only be handled via mail at curves@plusify.my.

  • Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If colour runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
  • All parcels must be sent to PLUSIFY within 5 working days of receipt (Malaysia).
  • For international returns, it must be sent back within 5 working days. (proof of tracking number must be emailed to curves@plusify.my). It should reach PLUSIFY warehouse not longer than 20 days.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
  • PLUSIFY will issue a credit note for all returns (NO CASH REFUND) .
  • Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • We will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 3 days up to 10 working days / 20 working days (International) .
  • Any used reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be declined and forfeited.

PLUSIFY reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order.

We do not provide exchange services. If you would like to change to another item, do use the credit voucher to purchase another item or another size.

*Colour of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of colour variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will not be considered a defect.

*There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please email us your stats to gauge your best fit.

*For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

REWARD POINTS
*As of now, reward points are currently disabled. We will update this page when reward points are made avaialble on our website again.

Approx: 10 point = RM 0.10.

You can use your point during checkout to redeem a purchase when you have collected enough points

BACKOUT BUYERS & BLACKLIST POLICY
We generally DO NOT have a policy of blacklisting our back-out, honest buyers, as we understand you may change your mind. So just kindly inform us, within 1-2 days, if you have changed your mind.
Once payment is made : We will give you a full store credit refund (No cash refunds are available)
You may make another purchase on our website within 100 days upon receiving the full credit refund.
Once delivery is made : Please view our Return Policy
However, we do have a practice of Black-listing buyers have made falsified claims, payments or returns.
This is to ensure that our website will be able to run smoothly for everyone.
We reserve the right to change or improve this policy for different back out cases.
